IMPORTANT: You must complete the measurement form before we can begin creating your custom vest. Orders without a completed form cannot be processed.

Our service dog vests are made to order to ensure the best fit for your dog. Each vest is crafted after we receive your completed measurement form, so accuracy is essential. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.

Once your order is reviewed, we will contact you to choose your design, vest colour, and thread colour. After confirming these details, we will create a digital rendering for your approval. Production will only begin once you approve the design. As these vests are custom-made, please expect a time delay for completion.

As part of our commitment to responsible and ethical use, we require all customers to confirm that their dog is a legitimate service dog or service dog in training. By purchasing a vest from us, you agree to our terms and conditions, including acknowledging that you are not misrepresenting a pet as a service dog.
