The Humble Dog Adventure Club


We started the Adventure Club to give our community a fun, low-pressure way to stay consistent with their dogs during the coldest (and hottest!) months of the year. Our mission is simple: Build a stronger, more resilient dog, one kilometre at a time.

This isn't about being perfect; it's about getting outside, hitting the trail, and celebrating the small wins together. Turn your daily walks into achievements!

Professional Guidance for Every Dog

As a Certified Canine Conditioning Fitness Coach (CCFC), I designed the Adventure Club to help you keep your dog fit, focused, and functional through every season. At Humble Dog, we believe movement is medicine. Whether you're logging miles or working on core stability, every achievement brings you closer to a healthier, happier dog.

Training Made Easy (and Adaptable!)

Don't worry if these exercises sound technical! We provide video demonstrations for each movement to help you learn the proper form and keep it fun.

  • No Equipment? No Problem: You don't need professional gear to join. No tunnel? You can make one using chairs and a blanket!

  • Inclusive for All Abilities: If you or your dog has a disability, adaptations can absolutely be made. Even our own mascot, Cooper, has hip dysplasia and modifies his exercises. If he doesn't want to put his head in a tunnel, we focus on the crawling motion instead—the goal is simply to have fun and move together.

How to Participate

  1. Select the Current Month: Use the drop-down menu above to see this month's specific challenge.

  2. Track Your Progress: Use your GPS or phone health app for walks and check off your conditioning tasks using our provided monthly training log.

  3. Stay Consistent: Consistency is key! Break the 15 km goal into smaller walks and try one new conditioning task a week.

  4. Submit Your Proof: Once finished, click the "Submit Results" link for that month to fill out our Google Form.

The Reward

Every successful team receives a personalized Digital Certificate of Achievement and the exclusive opportunity to order your custom-stitched Monthly Merit Patch to display on your dog's gear.
