1. Upload Your Certificate: You must upload a photo or PDF of your Certificate of Completion

2. Order Review: Our team manually reviews every certificate. Orders submitted without a valid certificate will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Licensed Family Dog Mediators (LFDM): If you are a Licensed Family Dog Mediator in good standing, please contact us directly for specialized verification and gear options.
