How the Custom Process Works
Request Your Quote: Click the button below to send us your initial ideas and size.
Design Consultation & Deposit: Nancy will message you directly to discuss your vision. For custom artwork, a $40 design deposit is required prior to digital renderings. This deposit is non-refundable but is fully credited toward your final invoice!
Detailed Invoice: We will send a single, comprehensive invoice covering your vest size, add-ons, and custom art (minus your deposit).
Production: Once the balance is paid, your vest is added to our schedule. Current turnaround time is 3--4 weeks.
Ordering Policies
Non-Refundable: As these are bespoke items created specifically for your dog, all custom vest sales are final. Please double-check measurements before finalizing your order.
Design Deposits: Deposits for custom renderings are non-refundable to cover design time, but are 100% deducted from your final vest total.
Responsible Use: By purchasing, you confirm this gear is for a legitimate service dog or SDIT. Humble Dog does not sell registrations or certifications.
